At Elizan Homes, we support our products and want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their decision.
However, if for any reason, our customer are not satisfied or not happy with their decision, then within 2 (Two) days from the order conformation of the product, the customers may write a mail to contact@elizanhomes.com for cancelation. We will process within 10 working days & refund the amount to the customer. The amount will be transferred through the same sorces and method.
While processing the refund, a customary 10% cancellation fee will be levied to the amount paid. Before the cancellation, any cash back received on the order (if any) will be deducted from the credits.
