After purchasing a product, you have two days from the order confirmation to change your mind and cancel the order or a part of it. While processing the refund, a customary 10% cancellation fee will be levied to the amount paid. Before the cancellation, any cash back received on the order (if any) will be deducted from the credits.
The consumer has the option to return a product delivered in a damaged condition to the manufacturer within 7 days of delivery. However, buyers can decide not to return the item if there is minor damage (such as a chip, scratch, peel-off, or torn stitch on upholstery). They can alternatively request a carpentry service.
